To lay 1sq tiles about RM4.2-Rm5.5, and then the price not include tiles price but include material price.
Ur case summore need to trim the hacked tiles properly on each side of the current tiles, which is a lot of work.
and he also have to replace any accidentally cracked tiles.
Personally I think Rm1.2K is reasonable but maybe on the high side.

Guys, can help me take a look at the price?
From the general replies here I get the feeling that tiling incl everything should be around RM8~9/sqft, yes? I counted my quotation and is around RM11.40/sqft.
Correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks.

To supply labour to demolish existing floor tile at wet kitchen and dry kitchen. Total 171 sqft. RM420
To supply & install 1'x2' floor tiles at wet kitchen and dry kitchen. Total 171 sqft. (tile price<RM2.50/sqft) RM1540

To supply labour to demolish existing wall tile at wet kitchen and dry kitchen. Total 485 sqft. RM1200
To supply & install 1'x2' wall tiles at wet kitchen and dry kitchen. Total 485 sqft. (tile price<RM2.50/sqft) RM4365

To summarize, total 656 sqft, RM7525

Thankyou very much

To supply labour to demolish existing floor tile at wet kitchen and dry kitchen. Total 171 sqft. RM420

Rm420 / 171 sq ft = Rm2.46 per sq ft

To supply & install 1'x2' floor tiles at wet kitchen and dry kitchen. Total 171 sqft. (tile price<RM2.50/sqft) RM1540

Tile = Rm2.50 per sq ft * 2 = Rm5.00 per sq ft * 171 sq ft = Rm855.00)
Labour + supply = Rm1540.00 - (Rm5.00 * 171 = Rm855.00) = Rm685.00 / 171 = Rm4.00 per sq ft

Quote per sq ft = Rm5.00 + Rm4.00 = Rm9.00 hmm.gif
