Totally different things .. They know it as they experience it . When they drink cold water, they have not enough 'power' to blow their instrument as before |

You can learn yoga breathing called Pranayama. Myself is a elite marathon runner, do practice this kind of breathing technique to help increase stamina. |

skipping rope do helps. i usually do 1 minute with 3 sets. really help building my stamina tho. and also, regular push up also helps.

i got a method, pushing to the limit.
set a target and jog. aim for the goal. same goes to swimming.. keep increasing the next following days. 2 weeks back i can only jog for 3km, now i can jog for 8km in 8kmh nonstop.. with treadmill fyi... |
