i guess it's normal. plus your driving attitude and your tyre condition would affect the fc too...

QUOTE(tengyeow @ May 19 2011, 03:19 PM) hi all sifus, how much did you pump? RM50 should give at least 300km for city driving. using mineral or synthetic shouldn't give much difference for FC.need to check with u on fuel consumption.. mine was the first batch of 2nd gen S model.. i use it for normal city driving.. pump shell ron 95.. but the last bar of petrol always starts blinking ard 380 km.. and lately 350-360 km.. i'm using normal mineral oil every service.. wut gives? QUOTE(vexus @ May 19 2011, 10:47 PM) If the SA can prove it is the original bodykit made from ABS material, then up to you to get it or not.. Same price if you buy from outside.. alternatively you can opt for cheaper material which is made from PU. Scare if the SA install an inferior product but claimed it is original. |

QUOTE(SiChaoBear @ May 20 2011, 09:10 PM) the engine has no problem taking either 95 or 97.. 1nz-fe engine is not picky when it comes to fueling.. same goes to engine oil.. but of course, 97 will give slightly more power.QUOTE(tengyeow @ May 23 2011, 11:10 AM) @adrianocy tyre i'm using michelin PS3 195/55/15, easy on the gas pedal.. which is why i expected to get more kms from a full tank.. 350++km for RM60 should be normal for city driving, no worries. i'm using the same tires too.@overfloe i usually pump a full tank.. ard RM60+.. |

S.A call me up again today. Ask me to place booking ASAP. There will be another facelift in June. Design nobody knows. Price could be higher than current price and no more discount.

For city driving, that sounds normal.. but for highway, full tank should give at least 500km.. drive sedately and you'll get 600km.. some MT owners are getting close to 700km. |

Below is the latest pic and info for the face lift. Bigger pics at http://mudahdtoyota.blogspot.com
It's just body kit for the G Limited minus the keyless entry, start stop button, aux port which the Thailand have. The TRD is even better with leather seat now and nicer grille. ![]() ![]() ![]() This post has been edited by Berserker: May 23 2011, 05:23 PM |

It's true that M'sia model is being given the lousiest accessories/parts compared to Thailand.
We have not reach the Japanese standard to produce Toyota parts/accessories yet. This post has been edited by Berserker: May 23 2011, 08:20 PM |

But I think Malaysia vios should be on par already with Thailand manufactured one. I driving Vios E (Brunei dealer, Thailand manufacturer), feeling same like Vios Malaysia.
