Matthew 22:34-40

The 10 commandments have shrunk to 2 commandments.

To Love God is to love his brother. Not the 10 commandments.

1 John 4:20

If anyone says, "I love God," yet hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.

Jesus came to fulfil the law to the highest degree so that Man would be further alienated from achieving them.

Do you know why? Because He already said He is the way the Truth and The Light.

Why Challenge it? Jesus is the one who said it.

Matthew 22:40
All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.

The Law is Holy and Perfect. It stands on it's own.

It's unbending and inflexibly true.

If you're able to bend it slightly it's no longer the law.

That is why nobody is able to keep it perfectly simply because there was no one like Jesus before Jesus time.

Colossians 2:14

Based on Colossians 2:14, it says the 10 commandment was against us, not for us.
If the 10 commandment is against us, why do you still insist on fulfilling something that is not for us?

Do you know the parable of the Rich Man is there for us to understand there will be people who will still try the Old way even After Jesus has come?

Read that parable in contrast with Zacchaeus the Tax Collector. (Luke 19)

The Rich Young Man is under Law
Zacchaeus the Tax Collector is under Grace.

That is why Jesus says the prostitutes, Tax collectors, the social out casts are all entering the kingdom of God, while the Teacher of the Law could not.

Jesus did say He came for sinner, the sick. He did not come for the righteous.

Let me share this secret with you.

Those who try to keep the Law becomes Self Righteous. They become critical of others because they think they're like in God's "selected special Elite" group. The Law produces Mean people. (not you, just to illustrate). They are usually judgemental, can be seen from character.

While those under Grace will appreciate the grace they're under. In no way Can anyone boast before God (for those under grace) because we have not earned any rights through works to stand before God. (to obey the law). In this way we are humbled and appreciative.

If you want to know the heart of God, he's really against self righteousness or self effort. God being God will now allow his Glory for others.

But then I've come to fully submit all Glory indeed belong to God because He is able!

Jesus says you cannot put new wine into old wine skin.

One of the reasons Jesus came is to free us from the Laws of 10 commandment and here you want to go back again.

Read the whole Chapter of Galatians 3.

What you just said is not found in the Bible because God mention in

Romans 5:20
.....But where sin increased, grace increased all the more,
The Holy Spirit never mention about you keeping the Law in the Bible but the opposite.
No where it is mention you are to keep the Law with the help of the Holy Spirit.
