i think what he meant with the cat is the noise when off the engine. sound hot metal cooling down.

is that really a problem..or just normal?

lolz.. no noticeable improvement. but i'm looking forward whether it does improve lifespan of the battery.
so far my car clocked 51K km in 1.5 year.. according to some, maintenance free battery can last between 1 and 1.5 years only..

if my car's battery can last until 2 years above then it proves that it can make the battery last longer than usual.

and some reading in the internet, our car no need VS at all. current grounding is good already.
VS & extra grounding only for proton, perodua and cheap japanese car that assemble in malaysia (strip down version).. hahaha.. dunno how true this claim or not..

You no need to add junk, basically. But you will need good groundings, which will give you better results. Still, better do it after few years after your car grow older. Then you will see improvement or you add amps for your sound system....
The junk adding story are being boasted too long.....

A good VS helped to extend the lifespan of the battery too. Mine lasted 32 mths @ 53k km.
