It is a kit lens, if you buy D3100 it comes with one.

all new lenses of nikon come with AF. Worry no more !

Are u sure ?? some of the member here told me that nikon does not has AF, nid to buy another lens to plug ...
are u sure currently all has AF ??

all the AF-S G lens come with AF build in motor.

sry pro, wat means by S G lens ?

eg:

35mm f1.8G which have the motor while 50mm f1.8D which doesnt have build in AF motor ,

This is why i always recommend canon for newbies, less worry about lens can or cannot autofocus

If enthusiast level then only recommend nikon

i thought G is without the aperture ring where the D is with the aperture ring. coorect me is wrong

I recommend you go to the shops and test both, see which one you like and then make a decision
