I would like to add more that at age 20, average people at that age still studying and lack of income. Owning a DSLR would be luxury

But people nowdays... lain dah... iPhone, iPad at young age... bla bla...

that time taking degree and got a must take subject called photography...anyway i m noob

So, if I can't afford a DSLR... I'll fail and not able to graduate? What course and what kind of education is that?

forget since that time i m not really interested in techincal term of photography, i was more interested how to draw ah moi in anime form lol...

i slightly remember they teaching those basic stuff, not techical stuff la...like golden rule of third, B&W shot, what is noise , what is aperture, what is shutter speed...then how to hold camera properly, take care camera stuff etc...then got assigment like shoot and mount on the board, ya..for art student mount technique is very important.

and basically is kena reject many times until he satisfy your shot...need capture a good angle shot with minor PP.

i got a fren who's studying photography in uitm, he's not rich and cant afford a DSLR. usually during assignments he borrow the faculty's camera oni. and it works out pretty well for him

can rent, but most student there can buy a camera because most of them got PTPTN

MMU ma... one of the "easier uni" can get LOAN

Me, since i'm coming down to kl tomorrow to get my camera. Might as well lepak a bit at the pc fair too, hehe.

lol nowdays its very easy to get PTPTN loans, if JPA or MARA scholarship then that's different story

I too use my loan money to buy stuff (after settle all the college fees of course )

I'm more curious with what course which are photography-related and with DSLR as a basic requirement.

I'm not saying can't, but I just feel sorry to those people that can't afford expensive item therefore can't proceed with the course.

Ic, at least there are alternatives being available. Well, PTPTN is all about spending future money.

if the parents got play DSLR can understand lor....if sendiri wan play play like me then got DSLR very early age then i will say...RICH OH...

except those got 8-12A's in SPM then parents give present then exception lol... or they are reallly really interested in photography instead of shoot shoot only
