Can we talk a bit about bag here other than only body and lens? unsure.gif

Since it's Nikon fans thread, we can share what bag we used to keep our beloved DSLR in safe tongue.gif

Any recommendation for sling bags within RM100~RM200++ budget?

Hmm... I just thought about this recently and coincidentally it already being discussed here. Says...

If I ditched the kit lens and to go for 35mm f/2D with D7000 body only as my starter pack. I'll be missing out the wide capability. I don't need zoom, but wide yes.

Any recommendation for affordable wide lens other than the kit if I ditched it out? sad.gif

What's your budget? If you shoot outdoor and don't need very wide and low budget, you can consider 2nd hand 18-55mm VR.
*
I'll be kinda "out" after purchasing the D7000 + 35mm f/2D. Probably look at around RM1K ~ 2K if I'm really desperate for wide. Since the kit package and body only differ RM650, should I just take and keep the kit lens or fund it up for a better wide lens? sad.gif

Anyway, what's the different between D and G lenses? unsure.gif

just recently my mind said 11mm at DX is not wide enuff haha

Added on February 18, 2011, 12:26 ampeople keep on asking about same item. why dont they just buy it and try their ownself rather then keep on asking and arguing?  :blur:
*
Well, whether wide enough or not is more towards individual preference. Anyway, there's a standard scaling for ultra wide and wide range. I just couldn't recall the number as the magazine I bought is with my friend now smile.gif

I can't spill the bean so as to make the d700, 2470, sb900 my reality. Seriously.. the 70200 is under 6K, and it's new, no it's not stolen, not grey set.

I'm still considering if I want to start selling nikon equipments to other people...  hmm.gif

I'll update you guys the next month if i wanna sell nikon stuffs at lower than street price..

I still undecided whether I should get the D7000 body with a lens or the D7000 kit straight away sad.gif

The D7000 body now on sale, RM200 lower at RM3,600 while the D7000 kit maintained at RM4,450.

What option I can do with RM5,000 budget as a start?

If nothing intercept, I should be getting my D7K this weekend. However, now that the Nikon M'sia 10th Anni event coming, should I hold my bullets hoping for better bargain? Or those should be near-RRP? unsure.gif

Hmm... should I get my D7K this Sat or wait for the Nikon M'sia Anni event at the end of the month? Shouldn't have any good deal for the event since most of it will be based on RRP? unsure.gif

Usually, street price cheaper than those selling at this kind of event. RRP for event smile.gif

I'm expecting that also, this freaky idea came across me because I'll need to work long hours shift due to project for this month. Therefore, even if I'm getting it on Saturday also wouldn't be able to spend much time on it sweat.gif

So far, I had found several places offering RM4,450 for D7K Kit with standard 8GB MC giveout and Nikon Free Bag.
