use WOTANSERVER program to re-install your NEO with the latest official ROM. It will debrand it , making it fully basic and english. no need to root

register free account, find the page for xperia neo, then at bottom of the page, download the program

then the program is easy to use, just follow the step by step instructions.

it will display many list, choose "Baltic " something something. it should be the latest version

i don't root, and don't see reason why, for my use
i just do web browsing, online chat, use some productivity apps, use free juice defender, use the camera, and have extra battery.

of course wotanserver is easier, because it's using official rom without rooting

I've just tried the Battery mod with Reboot option, and it works with Neo 
Need reboot because I always did some testing with program & phone :“) ... When i connect to MSC mode/charging, it need to wait for SE logo animation & battery icon to switch the phone back on.

However, the light behind [Back|Home|Option] button does not light up, an issue which is suspected with this mod. Hope they will fix this, but was negligible for me.

I will study if there are any effects with the stability and power drain.

Issues so far:
1. Some shortcuts in the home screen is gone. You have to make the shortcut again.
2. Icons in apps screen need to re-arrange.  Have to arrange them manually again. No apps gone or deleted.

well looks like want to use USB OTG for mass storage. better go for the live's dock..
seems cool though
sitting a corner in kfc, psang live dock, put ur xperia watch movie + surf net via free wifi hahaha

iDefense pro if u like the glossy look while carbon if u prefer the carbon fiber outlook.

maybe full qwerty not so suitable for small mobile device, and it doesn't suit all type of users
