Financial update: I got offer from RHB bank @ 68k @ 7yrs @ 2.6%.
Then 2 days later Muamalat Bank counter-offer @ 2.4% (difference almost RM1k savings in interest!). So as a consumer I will obviously go lower. But first, I will call up RHB and let them know their competitor offered me X rate. Then see if they can counter-offer again. This is tiring but fun.  |
