300k for 500sqft?
belive there's other much better deal than this one.
even if it's near to limkokwing, how much can u rent out this 500 sqft apartment which costs 300k?
doesn't seems like a good return for your investment.

check the existing rental (within school and outside of school) there and you guys will know
visit those 2 cova blocks near segi at kota d'sara; u will again be surprised

anyhow, investment is a risky business... u either win or lose
no right an wrong here
if u guys think it's expensive; then move on to other props that u guys prefer cheers!!!
