Hey guys, want to ask, is there any reason of me to flash my radio and also kernel?
Current radio: 32.49.00.32U_5.11.05.27
Current kernel: 2.6.32.15-leedroid_2.3

Also, if I want to try out another ROM, which one should I try out? MIUI? DHD ROM? Gingerbread ROM?

Doesn't matter much lar. TO me, any android phone with some good hardware specs is as good as any. As long as it can run a similar-android rom version, works.

Think of it like Desire to DHD.
cool2.gif

In a way I feel sad because no front cam ): but who cares ipod touch!@# wakakak
*
I did consider DHD too, like bigger screen.
but the battery only 1230mAh. lower battery spec than desire.
so just forget it.....

HTC already annouce new few models.
HTC Incredible S = 4.0 inches/1.1 GB ROM/1.3 MP front camera, most important is 1450mAh. priced 520 euro.
not sure the rumor HTC Desire HD2 will come up or not. 8GB storage and higher resolution.

I tried LeeDroid, and GingerVillain as well, both performance is just like CM6. Now trying Cm7, hopefully battery use isn't that intensive.

CM6 is alright..I guess I do agree it's a bit like leedroid to me.

But, how did you judge it's performance? If you use it the same way as you would use stock then you might as well don't flash?

The whole meaning about flashing is taking control of your phone. Controlling everything and scrutinising it's voltage/clock/additional features without losing much battery usage is the idea, or is it? tongue.gif Oh and I can tell you the difference between using smartass and ondemand is big. Battery bar can maintain longer. Took a few hours before it drops 1%. Normally it was 1 right? wink.gif Temperature also affect too.

Get an app that can convert contacts to a vcard, then connect to pc take out and then find another program to extract vcard tongue.gif

Dont think that would work. Just giving a random thought

ya.... export to sd card... then import back... is most probably the easiest way to do it

when import... do not use phone memory.... save it at your google account... at cloud it become virtually permanent!!!
