just restored to Reflex from CM7... not used to ROM without sense which is the reason i choose HTC over SGS, almost forget what been the reason i choosing desire...

For me Sense is over-rated, sorry just my .02. i used to like sense rom but it will compromise the speed. Currently i am more venturing in AOSP ROM espcially Gingerbread until recently CM7. I am make AOSP ROM act like sense but just need to do a lot of manual work like join facebook profile to phone contact and update facebook event to clander and etc... But Speed is the one i am talking about and i just PAWNED my IP4 again with my new CM7.

Sifu there, i want to removed the joker flash screen and change it, i know i there were some discussion of how to removed in the thread. But somehow i couldn't find out. Can sifu here show me how to do it. and Hopefully bro Hazril will update it at the first page.

Option:
1) Fastboot Commander, run it look for Splash tab. Make sure 480x800

2) Android Flasher, exe, tick the Splash, run, pick your picture, ignore the error pop-up, done.

If you're not using XP, then I don't know but 1) should work

Custom mode Sense rom have better tweak n performance and it better than stock rom sense..

ya... stock rom abit sucks... custom sense rom is ok.... aosp cm7 rc1 is abit overated... if the speed need to be archieved by higher temperature (37-40 celcius), lower wifi signal (0-1 bar compare with sense rom full bar), no sense.... its abit let go for me...

althou the interface of cm7 is nice... i will stay back for a while

all saying is based on my own experience on cm7 rc1, radio 32.54, 984/225 on demand

A bit indeed. I have never seen a custom ROM with good battery life and stable performance that is equal to the stock ROM.

for the normal users can la stick to stock rom...try this on stock : dont restart your phone for a week...see if theres any FC or lag...if not lag or FC,i shave my head bald bro...

im on leedroid...can get around 24hours of usage...more than enough for me as i will charge my phone every night...stock rom cant let you down clock the proc without rooting...

Doesn't matter much lar. TO me, any android phone with some good hardware specs is as good as any. As long as it can run a similar-android rom version, works.

Think of it like Desire to DHD.
