With BRT completed and Sunway Geo coming. Lagoon perdana definitely is one of the highly sourced property for middle low income group to rent/buy

Those who plan to buy lagoon perdana my advice is buy if you're cash buyer with alot of cash, if those plan to borrow loan, this prop is under many bank negative listing, you'll have difficulties in getting loan, which is nothing related to your profile issue, is this property issue.
