I have a subsale unit of walkup shop apartment
Cheaper alternative Around the area of seri kembangan. 700sqft, strata title 3 room 1 bathroom. Currently rented out for rm600. Owner a friend want to let go at 120-130k nego. Currently kinda blur how to market this for my fren🤔 |
