sensation is the best.. i'm plan to have this phone but it keep me waiting.. while waiting this great phone can u guys can advice which phone better either IS or atrix..which phone might have higher sell back and more exciting..

Thing is, the majority of normal HTC users don't care about bootloaders of stuff. The root users are a very small minority. Unless HTC Facebook (the official USA one) asks a 'what apps you like to see on your new HTC phone' question and people overwhelmingly add 'unlocked bootloader' like what happened to Motorola. HTC probably cares more about noobs bricking the phone and asking for a replacement than to please the minority tech savvy ones.

full package would be to release a recovery tool for people to revert to factory state /ROM. I think that's what motorola did with the Atrix SBF.
That way users can do what they want, and solve it themselves. |
