Great job guys on the win. Two good goals from Anelka. Torres had few good chances but failed to convert. Torres needs mire game time for him to be up to speed with his new teammates to score goals and even to create some.

would have preferred if they continued the tempo last 15 minutes of the first half though.

i guess reviews of each players are not needed, most news websites will post them but players that impress are TORRES, RAMIRES, ANELKA and IVANOVIC.

if they can reduce some of those mistaken passes, then we're as good as we were last season. i do see some creative play outside the box to penetrate defense. yes some might argue "oh its just copenhagen", but if we were playing as how we use to in the league these few weeks, i dont think we would have scored two goals and win the game. its a pity, TORRES has performed very very well, committed, hardworking, teamwork, its so unfortunate he hasnt opened his account.

Gud jobs on our boys today Torres beginning to settle into the team now and combine quite well with Anelka...

BTW BLACKPOOL help us a big favor by beating Spurs 3-1...

didn't manage to watch the match but just downloaded the highlight, a good win. I would say that Anelka involvement is crucial in the team. Forget bout Drogba+Torres combo, Anelka+Torres seems brighter to me. Don't get me wrong, DD is an exceptional player, but his time has pass. Defenders get more tougher than before, we can't rely on the drogba bullying defenses tactics anymore.
