First, we do not allow imitations to be sold. But like your so called "caveat emptor", we wouldn't know because you didn't specified it out, else we would have suspended your sales!
Then by playing the phone 1 hour doesn't necessary meant the guy knew the phone is imitation. Same like your analogy on buying fake windows laptop. One doesn't know by just playing with it. It's only at the point he/she needs to update then only the problem comes. So the point is you never told the truth and when someone found out, you say it's his/her fault. Every consumer had their own way of dealing things. You can "claim" you don't mind because you have the means to resolve it because you can reformat and reinstall genuine software. But now, coming back to this; how do you "restore" it to be original Nokia  And the thing that you complaint in front desk. It's void when someone has a dispute against you. He finally got your attention right? Else would you have responded? And if you're so rule minded, then can Nokia prosecute you for selling imitation Nokia?! If you abide by the rules, then can we now ban you for violating the rules?! So which rules are we talking about now?! Malaysian Law? I bet there's a line in there stating no piracy. Ravi,
if u put the title as "N95 Looks Alike" or "N95 Replica" or so on, people will not buy from u for RM200 and above, trust me. the reason why buyer check and happy with the phone because we all knew in this forum we cannot sell imitate / fake item. on the other hand, maybe buyer is also wrong for not checking the item correctly but u LAGI SALAH for selling fake item. |

I felt pity for you (Ravi) that you (Ravi) sell your name, pride and respect for only RM400. We can still find money if loss but losing your pride, it very hard to get back man. I did not study in United States or stay aboard but I know being respected and having pride is very important for me. It’s no matter how rich, handsome, smart and etc that other people values someone, but it’s how u act and behave.
Earning money this way is short term gain with sacrifice that you need to endure over a lifetime. I still young and have been working only for a few years, but at least I earned my money through my hard work. But you know what, who cares man, it’s your life and I could be wrong since u have tasted more salt than me… If you can reason-out yourself that you did nothing wrong, good for you. Thank you all for your support. I'll take this as a lesson..When want to buy phone, at least go to shop to try or try your friend's same model, if can bring along your friend to come with you...My past dealing with other lowyat.net forumer has been very good until i met this forumer...
