I cant tell you about shocks, but as for the fuel consumption, you can target up to 12km/l by just keeping the engine clean. It's the same for this cheapo OCT that doesnt cost you a carton of cigarettes biggrin.gif. The rather more expensive original greddy ones with metal wool at 300plus do have em.
