Gary Neville. A man more of his club than himself.

Talking about Gary being less talented than Phil.. anyone else feel the same about Rafael and Fabio? Fabio was the one people talk about before they join us. Fabio, Brazil captain, score goals and whatnot. But Rafael got the breakthrough first and never look back since.

2 things as posted before, evra and injuries.some get there earlier some a bit late but i do hope both of them arrive there tho.

Evra is consistent on the left back position while on the right back, G.Neville was nearing his end already. Of course Rafael would be more exposed to first team action compared to Fabio.

I think he has a few years left . Hopefully, fingers crossed, makes a full recovery and start playing week in week out next season onwards at the latest. I've always been a fond admirer of him. The news about him coming to the club few years back, was wondrous for me. Sometimes I wonder, did the flight from Germany jet lagged him so much that he has been resting ever since then? sigh

Thing is, he needs to catch a break. Non-stop trips to the doctor, will definitely take a toll not only on one's mental strength but also his physical ability. Sad to see such a talented player go out like that

The sunbed Devils
QUOTE
MANCHESTER UNITED stars are having regular sunbed sessions at the club's training ground.

But the Red Devils won't be coming out of them with a healthy glow - just plenty of vitamin D.

The club's masseur, GARRY ARMER, said: "The tubes have been altered slightly, so it is purely for vitamin D."

"The players go in for four or five minutes after training, about three times a week."

Let's hope the machines really have been altered otherwise fair-skinned PAUL SCHOLES could end up looking like my mock-up.

A regular intake of vitamin D helps maintain well-being and fitness - something RYAN GIGGS, a United veteran of more than 850 games, knows all about.

When the winger first played for United in 1991 he said injured players would simply "get treatment, have a bit of ice and go home".

These days the United treatment room is rammed with the latest hi-tech gizmos.

They were probably all tested out on OWEN "sicknote" HARGREAVES.

One thing I've learnt to live with, is the taunt and insults of other fans. Somehow, they've move on to referring abuse. Which never fails to amuse me.lol

Gary Neville. United Legend. Thank you for the good times.
Why bother? That was a shit article if I ever saw one.
Don't worry. If it's a proper football mamak, 99% of the people there are football kakis as well. So if anybody scores. then a lot of people will be cheering as well.
Fabio was injured during his critical development years. He'll need a few years to catch up with Rafael.

He reminds me of young Brown where Brown had some critical serious injuries during his young days.

Yeah, plus an French dude consistent infront of him...so have to bite some times....

if man utd happen to win the premiership/fa cup/champions league, will gary neville be eligible to receive the winner's medal?

He would not receive a medal according to the rules but Alex ferguson can ask the FA to let him have it as he did when Henrik larsson played for Manchester united during the 06/07 season where he did not met the requirement to receive medal.

just found out another City legend just passed away today, RIP Neil Young. I gotta read the news on Joe Hart on Soccernet to even know this.

But i guess its because the City thread here will only post news about new signing, and goal scorers..but not legends coz ambition means looking forward and not backwards tongue.gif
