the Home shirt is the normal replica u see all over shops. the Authentic one is similar to the ones players wear, for example bigger ventilation holes on the side of the shirt. But it isn't 100% similar as player version, as they modified it a bit for retail purposes.

How was your flight dude? On Asia Cup, Japan are worthy winners. They played much much better than the Aussies did. Tough luck.

upgraded to business class coz overbooked haha!

yeah the Socceroos always find it difficult to break a resilient team, for example Korea and Japan who are well known for their never give up attitude.

Also missed the FA cup match..oh well.

What do u expect from some of them, who prayed for their team to lose so their then manager can be sacked? Wanting the sacking of an underperforming manager is one thing, but to wish your own club to lose?

But the most important thing, they would get a lot of money from the ticket sales. That would be more than enough to support Crawley for decades!
*
This is an exaggeration sweat.gif but I would guess they will try their hardest to play for at least a draw so they can play at home which means more ticket income, or win it for another round which means tickets sales as well. In other words, they aren't in the FA Cup to sightseeing at OT so no complacency.

I am not sure how is the allocation done, but say it is 80/20, that means they are allocating roughly 15k for Crawley. However Crawley's own stadium is only 5k, i am not sure if they have enough fanbase to even fill the 15k allocated space. Whether the allocation is set, or is determined based on expected attendance of the visiting teams, that i do not know.

However say it is at OT and maybe many of Crawley's non-stadium going fans will travel then they will boost the number. But dont forget not everyone can travel so that means less travellers too. These 2 factors squared off and i would expect roughly 5k of travelling fans as well.

interesting hmm.gif

15k seats. Since OT is around 75k. I use Essien's calculator, 75kX20%= 15k seats. But anyway, thats not really the point of my post. No matter home or away any extra game will mean extra income for them so there's an incentive for them.

ah yes, i was looking for such articles. I guess it could be a huge turnout if it's a big match for them, coz they can easily generate 10x more buyers than their normal stadium capacity, be it own fans or neutral viewers nod.gif

Good la, win win situation. we get slightly better chance of progressing, they get cash biggrin.gif

Okay, for those who don't understand, here's an article that would make you enlighten. There are also some facts which I'll post here as well

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/footbal...raw-430657.html

CASE STUDY ONE: BURTON ALBION v Manchester Utd

GAMES Pirelli Stadium, 8/1/06, drew 0-0. Replay: Old Trafford, 18/1/06, lost 0-5

EARNINGS Burton of the Conference held United to a 0-0 home draw, in front of a record crowd of 6,191 at their Pirelli Stadium. They also earned £150,000 from live Sky coverage. The replay at Old Trafford made them another £150,000 from live television coverage on the BBC, plus 45 per cent of net gate receipts from a crowd of 53,564 (around £600,000 for Burton). Extra merchandise sales, hoarding advertisement income and FA prize-money took Burton's total earnings from the tie to more than £1m.

AND NOW? One year on, they are thriving, financially and on the pitch, lie fourth in the Conference and are chasing promotion to the Football League with excellent facilities ready if they manage to get there.

Ticket allocation question solved:

QUOTE
Ticket sales

45 per cent of net gate receipts to each team, 10 per cent to central FA pot.

then i stand corrected, whether they have a small traveling fans or not, they will still get a big chunk.

Don't bother. He's just your typical ABU fan. There are a lot of them in Le Arse's thread as well. Surprisingly, Chelsea's have been good boys this season. Although, ade jugak a few. I think.

every group have their own bad apples la, some more than the others tongue.gif. in fact the ABUs probably got intensified by bad apples from our own, especially retards who are more glory hunter than anything else. most important is practice what you preach...if we hate those talking bullocks and nonsense, dont do it ourselves biggrin.gif

funniest shit is when they still believe us signing Owen is to get back at them or to laugh at them and to turn their "idol" into "traitor" laugh.gif when they cant even understand a simple fact: He's a FREE signing, who wouldnt want? just like how you would try the "FREE SAMPLE" food in the store if u think its worth the eat.

Haih some of them can really be narcissistic and everything must be about them rolleyes.gif

Well there could be many reasons why Torres wanna leave. Possible he thinks the club isnt doing much, just like how Rooney thinks Man Utd doesnt have the ambition anymore etc. Apart from 1 or 2 differences, Torres and Rooney's case have not much difference. But anyway, this issue is best discussed by Liverpool and Chelsea fans because honestly i really have not much comment about it tongue.gif I dont have any agreement, disagreement or find the need to ridicule them about it because we face this shit a few months ago too.

What i know is he will either stay or leave, and even if he stays he probably would have a different idea come the summer transfer. maybe he will be convinced to stay at Liverpool between now and July? who knows.

exactly.

Owen is the English Inzaghi, except he was born onside and in the box.
WHAT!?

HE HAD MALARIA AND HE'S BLAMING ANCELOTTI?

i think he is referring to 1 poster which says Torres will decline at Chelsea, and as an example he used Drogba.
