Yes of course, it comes together in a set. If no ballast then its not HID anymore

not spring & not absorber, but the rubber problem. When i change to eibach spring its come complete with rubber. confirm the rubber for absorber cover to tight & make "nyek" sound.

Just in case anyone thinking of changing to HID, The Star newspaper Metro section today talks about it. In the last statement from JPJ, they say that if the HID is more than 4300K they will issue summons. So I guess you are pretty safe if the temp you are changing is 4300K.

Cut the newspaper clipping and put it in your car in case you get blocked

i also thought of using 4300k only ><!!!! good la like tat.... got SOS?

Their statements are very contradicting, at one point say all retrofit is illegal, then now saying 4300k and adjust headlamp to be lower is okay, either the reporter is confused or the people inside JPJ are.

Anyway yeah the statement in the beginning is contradicting with the last statement. It starts by saying how bad it is and illegal and that there are ongoing process to issue summon. But in the end they say anything above 4300K temp will be summoned.
