Maybe they are not hilang, just over slow in delivery.

My report lost and re-issue both came in between a week. (After 1 and 1/2 months waiting).

I have this feeling Amazon.com must have regretted using i-Parcel during last year's Black Friday because I bet there are thousands of disappointed customers worldwide who demanded for replacement / refund of their MIA or much delayed orders... and I won't be surprise if they drop or not using them anymore for this year's BF!

Agreed. Hope that Amazon will spit on their grave.

I think most customer having their stuff shipped out during BF using i parcel also got problem, either they cannot handle the volume or they really sucks

i doubt it cos items i bought 2 days ago was shipped using i-parcel...

For me i-parcel and their customer service is SUCK!

My 1st parcel delivery via i-parcel was purchase on 2/December/2010 & re-purchase on 5/January/2011. Both coming after estimate time.

• Purchase 2/Dec/2010 - Arrive 24/Jan/2011 (Amazon report lost in this shipment)
• Re-purchase on 5/Jan/2011 - Arrive 31/Jan/2011

It seems not missing but taken a longer timing to arrive. So actually now I got two package of same title in my hand Ha! Ha!

Maybe thanks to it bad timing estimation, we get 2 copies. Ops!

Don't choose expedited, I think Amazon still love i-parcel for expedited shipping which eventually slow than Standard Shipping.

Standard is the best way to go, Priority if you buying a lot.

Yes, I even inform i-parcel said Amazon already refund my 1st package, they reply we will send both to you. Amazon did not ask me return back the package.

So I just keep it since it is limited edition, before that plan on selling here cheap cheap, but now I prefer keep it

Anyone have problem getting back their refund from amazon.

I just checked with my bank.
Instead of getting my refund, I got charged instead.
The best part, i got charged again for the replacement order.

Btw I'm using Hong Leong cr card.

I do scan at IMDB, haha...
