mastering, the 'plastic' see-thru body is as a model unit to show ppl what it looks inside only, they will never produce a unit like that... as they would then need to design another light protection to prevent light spill onto the sensor - which is kinda dumb..

zeipher, lwliam, yuhi : thanks
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « i saw something really interesting.... the lcd has something at its corner, swivel? or something more impressive then the *ehem* turnaround lcd with slow lv/af video? ------------------------------- the black color is just a mock up during the first NEX mockup announcement, see the final result of NEX, the mockup is far from its production look. so dont put too high hope that they will have DSLR version of A7-replacement. |

@albnok
based on your review here - http://www.dyxum.com/dforum/sony-30mm-f28-...topic52279.html you reckon 30mm f2.8 macro is a good walkaround lens? |

QUOTE(death_nite @ Feb 9 2011, 02:42 PM) Ic ic. Erm, correct me if I'm wrong but i think your camera LCD has higher pixel density so your pics will be much more vibrant compared to your monitor. My pics all look damn chun on an Iphone. Hahaha! When I use my notebook to edit my pics, when I develop them into photos the results are not so pleasing as the colours will look damn fake as what I see in my uncalibrated monitor is not what it results in the photo. So now I have the uncanny habbit of never editing my pics as they usually fail miserably (and because I'm noob in photoshop this! how to calibrate my camera lcd to look exactly like lcd monitor/vice versa. my notebook lcd is the worst. look dull. like have grayish colour. but still pics u guys post so damn cun la. like so colourful. every colour shown perfectly. but in camera look so different. and and u guys use filter eh when shooting landscape photos? so cun la. the sky look blue the trees look green. the flowers look so great. For the colours, make sure your white balance is set correctly. Its is one of the most important aspects of photography which a lot of people will miss out. Once you know how to set white balance, you will notice that the colours of your photos will be much more vibrant. Another things is that you could use circular polarizing filter to make your skies look blue and increase contrast when shooting landscape pics under the sun. |

ahpingko: Refer to the first page - I've posted a how-to to hide the pop-up flash from showing in wireless.
ieR: Nice! I like telephoto landscapes far more than wide-angle ones. zeipher: Nice color in #2! lwliam: Wow, magic hour on chicken wings. Nice! 67zai: Nice! I particularly like how clean #4 is (though you could shoot even more telephoto). You may also want to reduce the HDR and dodge effect - very obvious on her legs in #4. evilhomura89: I like #2 - not very conventional! Yes, 30mm is a great walkaround angle. So is the 35mm F1.8 DT SAM, if you want to shoot more in the dark than you want to shoot macro. cjlai: Bummer though that they didn't take a better picture to show the LCD swivel mechanism. |

QUOTE(zstan @ Feb 9 2011, 10:38 PM) colors are not there, as ahpingko said, yes it looks dull.. doesnt attract any attention from me at all.. the clouds could be made more interesting by adjusting the curves in PP, instead of an entire near gray canvas, creating too much negative space with no discernible subject matter. lastly, horizon's a bit lopsided, but that's just nitpicking... |
