After much of my complaints of my tamron 17-50 backfocusing, I've decided to live with it and move to manual focusing to save my shots.

After one or two months fiddling with the MF, I can safely say that I am getting much at MF now even with my tiny a300 MF. If done carefully and slowly the success rate of about 80%?

So with this limitation, it has really taught me a new chapter in photography. now trying to improve my MF speed.

And from experience, the lens has very good centre sharpness when shooting at f2.8 under GOOD LIGHTING. Under dark conditions, then you can see it's gettingsofter. I think all lens are like these, maybe ier or albnok can clarify.

Hmm.. after i've done my maths, i found out that 2 and 8 hrs for me is no diff. cuz i'll only be charging them overnight and switch them off the next morning. its not like any diff right? if you wanna go for an event, you would have planned and charged them the night before. unless you wanna charge them in between the event then.. a 15min charger would be better.

I got 8 battery plus a few more for my mouse n etc.

Let's just say, I'm a heavy battery user.

2hour is good, i might go event straight after class. Sometimes maybe forget 2 charge.

Its safer 2 have something better lol.

in times like those, alkalines will be at my rescue. Cheap, abundant, and even cheaper if i buy in large packs. I've got 4 bags, throw 4pcs fresh batts into each camera bag and i'm 'insured' from sudden low batt.

Speaking of which, i need to let go one of my bags d, getting redundant.

yes...i though they are realiable last time as everytime sudden 'low battery' sign comes out....due to the design for the low output capsule....hence use Rechargeable....
