Item being bought: Full system cpu, Pentium D ,2GB Ram , ATI 2600 Display

Date of transaction: 23 December 2010 (Thursday) at 11:00am @ Jaya Jusco Cheras Selatan

Details of the complaint :
(1) Don't know whether deal with him or his friends.

(2) The same day I check the setup and notice that the Graphic Card (GC) is not included as publish.

(3) Make a call to him the same day and he promise to resolve within a week.

(4) The second week, he promise that his friend will call me to settle the GC issue.

(5) Have give him option still didn't want to resolve this issue.
(a) I return your PC, you return my money...
(b) Just return my money on the GC valuation....or
© Give me alternative GC spec that you have lol...

(6) Till today eventhough keep remind him in PM and SMS him, he's keep avoiding this issue.

Advise: Wish moderator could add blacklist (dispute tag) on him for future forumer references.

I have given him many opportunities to solve this disputes in good manner and even the third person has help him to resolve this dispute as easy as it's goes....

Now I don't give a damn want to settle with RM30.00 anymore...Just replace the same GC as published in Dlim88 thread or equivalent to that GC in the market or same value (RM) of that GC Dlim88 promise to deliver...

Your time to deliver your words has already expired…Let see whether you can solve this dispute with me or not…

Hard to say man. That guy involved is just a minor. He have not reached 18 years old yet.

Maybe he have been cheated by the previous seller?

Go to "run" in the startup menu (assuming that you are using windows XP).

Type dxdiag and when it ask for permission to connect to the internet say no.

Then, go to the display tab and printscreen it. You can post the information here.

The purpose is to show which GC is used by the desktop.

You see. This guy at least he is an active forum member. Although i do see people with more post count bears a dispute tag, people usually do not want to bear such tag if they are active in the forum.

The issue is i want to see the dxdiag. Is it so hard to post it here? All your statement now is based on the web presentation rather than hard evidence and only focus that all it is his fault.

At the same time, you also should have check what is written on that paper. I do not simply take in the representation as a genuine promise whenever i buy stuff from the people over here whether first hand of 2nd hand item.

(1) Active or not active forum member; it doesn’t describe whether that person is cheating or not, he is conman or not and basically your statement is based on rationale whereby in court, it's prosecute based on fact and fact only...

(2) i've many system in my house and perception that i did not posting the right dxdiag doesn't show that i'm cheating on you my friend...now you saying that I'm accusing all it is his fault...why should i waste my time by messaging and texting him and open this thread if the system i buy and agreed purchase as per stated not the same as per shown and describe in his thread...i just wanna to uphold the right's for me as buyer and make sure this place is safe for trading... for everyone..

(3) In online trading, we purchase and selling based on trust and as you see in this trade dispute zone, many cases has been published to make sure all forumer aware and helping each other to solve the dispute cases here...

(4)I've put a lot of evidence to show that there is dispute against Dlim88...Let forumer decide either I'm on the right side or the wrong side...if you don't wanna to believe than it's your thought as I've try my best, given him time to settle and yet still ignoring me...who the guilty side now...

1. I never say that higher post count means that the fellow can be trustworthy is more. If a bank manager who has been working for years can cheat millions of ringgit, what is not possible? What i am trying to say is that the tendency for them to intentionally cheating people is less.

2. The issue is the intention. If i am really accusing you cheating him, i can say that you have changed the GC and other BS reason. Do i look like I have that kind of intention?

3. TRUST? Make this one of your lesson. That is all i have to say.

What you can do

Anyway, exercise caution whenever you deal with anyone. I see that you can trust people easily. If I am dealing with Dlim88, generally i am more relax a bit ONLY when checking the stuff. I always printscreen and keep it before i COD with people and i rarely do postage unless that fellow have good reputation or safe trader tag. It is always better to prevent than curing the problem.

Always remember RM50 might be a huge amount for some minor. In your case, there is a third party involve. If he keep the money, why not just take out RM75 to repay you rather than finding around mudah.my and risk of falling into another hole? From his actions, i can say he is quite indecisive about what to do now, but i think he will resolve the issue with you since he is the one collecting money from you and manage the transaction.


1. I never say that people with that many post won't intentionally cheat people. The risk is less compared to the lower post count members.

2. Oh Please why i want to know about his PC's dxdiag he used to reply this post? It is the unit sold by the Dlim88.
