Item being bought: Full system cpu, Pentium D ,2GB Ram , ATI 2600 Display

Date of transaction: 23 December 2010 (Thursday) at 11:00am @ Jaya Jusco Cheras Selatan

Details of the complaint :
(1) Don't know whether deal with him or his friends.

(2) The same day I check the setup and notice that the Graphic Card (GC) is not included as publish.

(3) Make a call to him the same day and he promise to resolve within a week.

(4) The second week, he promise that his friend will call me to settle the GC issue.

(5) Have give him option still didn't want to resolve this issue.
(a) I return your PC, you return my money...
(b) Just return my money on the GC valuation....or
© Give me alternative GC spec that you have lol...

(6) Till today eventhough keep remind him in PM and SMS him, he's keep avoiding this issue.

Advise: Wish moderator could add blacklist (dispute tag) on him for future forumer references.

I have given him many opportunities to solve this disputes in good manner and even the third person has help him to resolve this dispute as easy as it's goes....

Now I don't give a damn want to settle with RM30.00 anymore...Just replace the same GC as published in Dlim88 thread or equivalent to that GC in the market or same value (RM) of that GC Dlim88 promise to deliver...

Your time to deliver your words has already expired…Let see whether you can solve this dispute with me or not…

Whatever the seller sell whether is it items, products or services, he/she has to keep his promise and adhere to his/her responsibilities and ethics as a seller....

Most we call "Conman" start with a minor and shift to the major when they know simple to get easy money in this forum...

At least read my complaint at the first post in this thread about you first before play "dumb" my friend...

for ati display hd2600 pcie 512mb, some say it's equivalent to nvidia 8600gt...

someone sold nvidia 8600gt for RM100 or maybe less/high...

Maybe we need 3rd party involvement to determine the value of the GC in order to settle our dispute here...
