my transaction on 22/1 entitled to cash back but very little, not 15%. anybody also got the cash back on 22/1 onward?
I have not received the cash back for January yet. Not even the full cash back for December! It's now pending Amex's reply on the dispute.

Posted on the other thread but repeated here to stress the difference the 2.5% admin charge makes
Oversea transactions on the same day
MBB2 Amex 05-Mar-2011 03-Mar-2011 US$60.00 RM186.59 3.10983
MBB Visa 05-Mar-2011 03-Mar-2011 US$117.53 RM360.33 3.06586
Your Amex's rate is 1.43% higher than MBB Visa's rate. Assuming that your MBB Visa charged 0.5% admin fee on forex conversion, your Amex's rate should be 2% higher than your MBB Visa's rate. Therefore, MBB Visa could charge more than 0.5% on forex conversion, or Amex charged less than 2.5% on forex conversion.

answered previously: NO... you need to go to Maxis KLCC to pay your Maxis bill on Saturdays & Sundays using AMEX
You don't really need to go to Maxis KLCC only to pay your Maxis bills. If you want to pay the bills using Amex, you can go to any Maxis centres if they accept Amex.
