QUOTE(riku2replica @ Jan 23 2011, 09:02 PM) Its a G73JW with customized lighting and Better heatsink for GPU by XopticPC themself. Normal ones will be default by their LED of choicesa. There are some people who asked me to customized the rear lighting effect at exhaust fan there after warching my backlit keyboard mod vid at my YouTube channel . . . LOL!

LOL! I was hoping to pick up 1 by end of feb or early march.Maybe a G73JH refurbished with extended 2 years warranty as Asus Ceased to use high end AMD GPU(Must be Nvidia pay them to use more Nvidia GPU) to do all the possible mods. but still I'm gonna see how it goes with G53SW announcement/availability. Maybe the extra cash might go into investment for better gears like Alienware orion backpack + LCD for secondary display as i just scrapped my 2011 desktop plan. If and only if your notebook is held at your local customs, you have to pay RM18 for the customs declaration form in order to claim your notebook.

but it shouldn't be held at custom unless you used USPS. Those of us that used comgateway had no problems at all. and it arrived fast. especially for me since it lands in singapore, then only comes to malaysia. And i'm in JB)

overclocking ur CPU or GPU will give you more processing power. So you can run games at a higher setting, or more framerates for the same setting.
Eg, Difference between a GT420/425/435m is the clock speeds, hardware wise they are the same. But the dangers of overclocking is that you make your system unstable (might BSOD anytime) or it might overheat.

U wanna shorten the lifespan of ur laptop? Most laptop will not be recommended to overclock. If ur so interested in overclocking, go get a desktop.
