Garytan is in Singapore and he has always received them faster there. In Malaysia, it's a 10-14 days wait normally. My personal experience - longest wait was 7 weeks.

Knowing pos Malaysia, just be patient. But that's the risk one has to bear when opting standard delivery. Pray it dent go missing.
*
Oh..i missed out the point that he is in singapore..lol..ok Wow. 7 weeks is very very long. Thanks for your info. This is the first time, im using standard delivery since i'm just buying one peice. All these while, i've been using Express Delivery. No complaints bout that. Fast and effecient.

ok, for the very knowledgeable collectors, so who's next on the list for new National team kits already, and not even near 1 year removed from last World Cup? Already Spain, Brazil, France, now Argentina...I may have missed a few here and there...anyone out there know?
*
Well, seems like most of them have their own reasons for the new releases;

France - change sponsors from Adidas to Nike
Spain - WC winners' kit
Brazil, Mexico, Argentina - for Copa America 2011

Following this trend, I won't be surprised if South American teams or guest teams in the Copa release new kits this year...

hi, i ask my friend bought jerseys from UK, can  anyone tell me are all these jersey are authentic??

They are all authentic. No need to worry if you see that they are made in indonesia, made in thailand............. Nike/adidas/puma now have factories in these countries and they officially make these replica jerseys...

my case was kinda funny.
ordered on 23dec2010, then after 3 weeks, item still not here.
so i emailed kitbag, they offered me 2 choices: repost or refund.
i choose to repost.
they posted on the 9th feb and till now item is still not here..
any clue where it went?

Added on March 4, 2011, 3:00 pm

since you waited 7 weeks, did you email kitbag and demand for a refund after the item is dispatched 17 days?
*
I would advise to everyone to avoid using standard delivery for kitbag/united direct nowadays...

I have received complains from so many members who ask my opinion (5 members) what to do since their items from kitbag/united direct has not arrived after more than 20 days.. some got it later.. some never got it.

I suspect the problem lies with the huge backlog of deliveries from royal mail due to the bad winter storm weather that hit UK end of last year. This caused royal mail to have so many undelivered parcels (no thanks to the fact that it's near christmas and new year) and I heard that even up to today, there are still some back log deliveries still not cleared.

Best bet for having your items arriving safely......................... is always opt for UPS.

Russia also had a new kit few weeks back. Paraguay also has a new kit. England already has a new home kit. Other teams.... coming soon.

I dunno....... why suddenly after world cup 2010 they opt to come out with new kits.. marketing gimmick perhaps to milk out even more profit.

There is a possibility but it rarely happens... it can happen since anything is possible. And it becomes worse since there is no tracking code and any tracking mechanism required... it's more to like normal airmail postage.

Th items are not stated clearly on the sticker as what you said. Normally the parcel is wrapped in a black plastic bag with only the front sticker that contains the recipient's name and address:

Invoices are normally inside the parcel.

Nevertheless.. I highly not encourage you guys to buy with standard delivery at the moment. Or risk having your parcels missing or delayed.

I am a bit baffled with your post here. U said kitbag sent using ups, then they should have given u a ups tracking code. You also said superfly 2, that's a nike football boot, why mention jerseys? The photo i showed earlier is parcel if using standard delivery which is royal mail. Ups will use a ups package.

I think you might have to ask them manually what the tracking code is.

If you still have the parcel, can check the sticker on the front (where the recipient address is printed) and see if there is any tracking code on it...

i was also told my repost is trackable, but they said they can track it.
meaning they will not provide the tracking id to me.
btw how long did it take for your repost to arrive after it dispatched from their warehouse?

I agree...unless you know the squads kitman or some special useful direct first-hand information on how it is typically done...unfortunately it's difficult to know these hings exactly, look at Ghana away for the world cup for example, very different from one match to next on the small front number...but yes, do come up with a methodology based on how you think it appears...and be careful, some of these retailers out there who do this service will just carelessly place names number in position that nowhere near resembles anything that remotely seems or appear "correct"....and if unsatisfied you would have a hard time convincing an argument to have a refund/exchange, and consider yourself lucky if you do get compensated fairly if really unsatisfied with results...that's why we gotta respect the DIY'ers that are willing to go for the glory their own way biggrin.gif

nope mate, mine was despatched during the finland volcano disaster so i expected delay. i did drop an email after 10 days in which they informed me of possible delays and to wait a while longer (25 working days iirc).

i was ready to lose the parcel, under the circumstances. Anyway that was my first and last attempt at KB's free Standard Delivery.
