go to the local sports stores and try out the boys v adults sizes, and see which gives you the better fit.

Hey guys, i've decided to get an AC Milan kit but i can't decided btw the white and the black kit...any advice ppl?XD
*
AC Milan is traditionally associated with red and black aka Rossoneri. Thus it would be better to go for the home kit, my 2 cents.

@branislave

then take the black. Milan seldom wears it, but it's definitely a rare piece, because it's usually only produced once (in it's lifetime).

@faizhassan

if heat transfers, schmeichel7 is correct, very hard to remove. colour bleeds are very notorious for some brands, esp Nike with the 2-coloured kits i.e. Inter, Juventus, Barcelona, etc.

@faizhassan

confirmed that Real Madrid Away is fake, dodgy tags. As for the France and the Argentina, looks ok from afar, maybe you can request for additional pics of tags, etc.

the EPL patches are Senscilia, just that they are replica-sized (for the Everton Direct offer).

A few pointers if shopping in the UK;

1. Sports Direct - not good selection, pretty much run of mill. however, good discounts all year round.
2. Lillywhites - massive selection and all over the place. need patience to shop. discounts for season ended kits, and small discounts for newer kits.
3. Soccerscene - one of the better chains around, good selection but minimal discounts. good selection of patch-es and nn-s too, even if only available for certain big club kits.

if you are planning to buy specific club kits, i.e. Chelsea or Arsenal in London, head down to the official clubstore. better choice and selection, and also very organised. but be careful of replica v player size though.

@VDS1 - yes they do. David Villa and Messi for Barcelona, Ronaldo and Kaka for Real Madrid. Call them up to confirm availability (numbers @ 1st page).

ok, for the very knowledgeable collectors, so who's next on the list for new National team kits already, and not even near 1 year removed from last World Cup? Already Spain, Brazil, France, now Argentina...I may have missed a few here and there...anyone out there know?
*
Well, seems like most of them have their own reasons for the new releases;

France - change sponsors from Adidas to Nike
Spain - WC winners' kit
Brazil, Mexico, Argentina - for Copa America 2011

Following this trend, I won't be surprised if South American teams or guest teams in the Copa release new kits this year...

@vandetta_10

Authentic is very similar to player version kits, I say very similar as I'm not sure if they are actual player issue kits. The cheaper one is the replica kit i.e. replica of player version/issue kits.

new version patch or photochop gone wrong?

bit of both actually. Chelsea will wear this kit during the last home game of the season v Newcastle, thus will still wear the current gold champions badge.

Call them up at the numbers as listed on the 1st page. I heard that they have been selling some new patches and NNs as well, including Serie A, Copa, Scudetto, etc and NNs for Serie A in Ibrahimovic 11, Del Piero 10 and Sneijder 10. No harm trying. Good luck!

Did you try ALI BB? And what NNs are you looking for? Inter, Juventus or AC Milan?

You should've asked ALI BB, IINM they do have the MU badge champs 0809 and Serie A. As for the Ibra NNs, look no further than our fellow member chcher, he's selling Milan NNs (Ibra 11) as well IIRC.

RM49 for EPL patches, RM69 for Serie A, RM79 for UCL Starball and maybe RM49 for Bundesliga. These were the prevailing market rates in Malaysia for the above-mentioned patches.

@branislave

as long as you realise that the 2008 Germany fonts are totally different to the 2010 Germany fonts. The former is the Adidas handiplast fonts while the latter are the the Adidas thin fonts.

@zenix

it really depends on what names and patches you want for the kit. generally, you can go for the short names like Evra 3 EPL and the cost is def cheaper than a kit (local RRP, mind you). also, if you buy online, most namesets plus patches are approx 18 pounds as compared to the kit costing approx 35-40 pounds.

@zenix

you got your kits from sales, no wonder cheap la haha
yes, namesets can be pretty expensive but i always say kits would be 'life-less' without names and patches to go with it. every collector has his own 'value' attached to his or her collection, but i'm sure yours will be invaluable to you as mine is as to me, esp patched up with legends of the teams that you grew up with.

I don't think there's anyway to remove the glue stain. 2 options left;

1. Get another same kit
2. Replace the peeled-off number, with the same number (to cover the stain)

Good luck.

@datuk_batery

Royal Mail Intl Signed For = via normal post, meaning Pos Malaysia. Call up 1300300300 or go to this website;

Track and Trace - Pos Malaysia

Select from other country, and key in the tracking number provided. If search comes out as 'unavailable', you can call them up and ask them to find out what is the equivalent POS Malaysia tracking number (internal). Good luck.
