However, i see huge potential in this area due to new access road from kajang 2 (no need to go thru tunnel and the current roads either from factories or secondary forest), mrt within around 5km, dijaya development next to it, kajang 2 shopping mall next to it too. And for now the price is cheap considering what u get. G&g with facilities. I am more confident in this capital appreciation than my other props once the amenities are completed. Guys, i think dijaya development may start early. I went up there. Nothing already. Not even the entrace to kajang hill clubhouse. I know some people may shoot me when i say this but nadayu 92: location x2 better than jade hills. Non-biased opinion coz i may buy jade hills for own stay due to the facilities. But location wise, nadayu a lot better when everything completed.

Guys, i am buying another unit. The semi d that is facing the superlink. It is the 2nd unit that is nearest to the barbeque pits. Nothing wrong with the unit, right? Not near HTC or anything? I couldnt really check coz barricade. Looked from a far oni.
