Just now I showed Kajang 2.Now I am showing Tropicana Heights by Dijaya which is also next to Nadayu 92.

Dijaya will launch end of the year. I was told Sp setia will launch SEH in 2 weeks. So kajang and semenyih should be our focus now

I was quoted RM400-500psf for dijaya tropicana heights. I dont have sp setia SEH masterplan. However SEH may take some time to prosper. Better buy phase 2 or 3 imho unless u have HUGE holding power

Dijaya mane pernah murah. Check out price in tropicana. Berjuta2 harga.kalau yang jumpa murah tu bukan Dijaya, check betul2. Dijoyo kot nama

Huh? R u serious? Nadayu/kajang2/tropicana heights better accesibility. Go take skve like 6-7km and u will reach North South highway Kajang toll. Southville and SEH further liao. Southville almost near to Nilai toll already. I know this coz Nilai 3 is my favourite place for commercial prop. SEH is as far as KL to Setia Alam.

I have a feeling that they will install on the highest point if needed. The highest point i see is within tropicana heights or the other side, opposite of nadayu which is further away.
