I took my keys for 2.5 storeys yesterday. Yeah the house isnt perfect. Got some hairline cracks but not many. Entrance door needs to be replaced, spilled paint on railing etc. But i have got other houses which are 10x worse. So i am fine with it. I need to do more checks though. Anyway, my pov, nizam was really helpful. Even showed me where some of the defects were and how i should further detect others. He also told me that some of the earlier owners who already settled wanna kick the pak guards out. Guys, sure aaa u wanna do that? I think the current pak guards are good and strict. We need that in a place like malaysia now. Who knows when we change the pak guards and then break in, car theft happen, we all pening kepala.

Guys, can we have a teh tarik session some time? Then we check each other houses for defects. Can?

Since most of us dont have lights in our houses, we better do it during daylight but since it is fasting month, why dont we do it after raya? Good to know each other too.

yeah. i guess u all have to check defects for other stuff first. and then submit for tap fittings together with the defects claim. after they fix everything, then only another round of check up for the leakage.

yeah that is also possible. i am quite busy actually. not working in malaysia.

Initially I thought type A was a little bit weird but when i see finish product, the concept is actually not bad. Can you guys share your photos for different types?

imagine u cover the big hole. the lowest floor will be very dark coz we dont have a sliding door at the lowest floor as we only have 2 small windows and 1 door. wanna do sliding door? cannot coz this is master title now. facade cannot change. stucked here. the only thing that we can do is to put on lights. many of them.this is my pov. of course it is up to own preference.

Those who bought semi d have the option to do the same as well on your middle floor. i rather not cover. can share the contractor? if we all do together sure discount2.

Yeah that would be nice if u wanna cover the big hole. So ur lowest living room can be for ur guess only. No need kacau ur family above

i have this same thinking if really wanna cover need to put thick glass but one of my colleague said no glass could take such load like furniture and dwellers at the same time. true ahh?
