Naa, not gonna shoot u. U have a point there. The roads linking kajang 2 and tropicana will be there by end of year. For now have to be patient. Once development in kajang 2 and tropicana completed, this area will be much wong. The abandoned condo is called Kajang Villa and the project will be revived by next year. Jade hills is good in terms of facilities but the pollution from factory with gas emitted especially at night and the flood that occured previously that went into 2 houses changed my mind to buy there

Actually Tropicana is the nearest to factories and nadayu and kajang 2 have Tropicana as buffer. Also check what sort of factories around there. None emits gas like the one near Jade Hills. Once you see what types of factories, you will know it is a different scenario as compared to Jade Hills. The factories near Jade Hills emit gas. I even smell the gas a bit and saw lots of smoking coming out. . I got some pictures. They usually emit at night. I didnt wanna post coz it can affect Jade Hills' buyers.

Then i showed them the future which is not very far away, next day both bought nadayu 92. Kekeke. How can judge before fully developed? Read la. Then u will know where flyover gonna be built, which roads join nadayu, kajang 2 and tropicana. How many schools, what type of school, how is tropicana kajang gonna look like, how shopping mall kajang 2 gonna look like etc. I also went through from page 1 before buying liao

Good la more information for u. When i started reading, i didnt know what the heck kajang 2 looks like. Nobody inform about the roads too including direct flyover. And that time nobody knew about tropicana kajang. I did my own research elsewhere and called my contacts in tropicana and meeting with kajang 2 buyer who happens to be my colleague etc to gather more information. I have put a lot of information in this thread. same goes for other buyers here. so easy for u to read in 1 place only. If u really wanna buy, of course u wont hesitate to read. The more info the better it is. If u hesitate to read i am sure u r not really interested to buy.

Different people, different opinion especially when one buys for own stay. However, i believe n92 is the winner when one buys for investment compared to JH. Check out how much the 1st phase transacted already compared to launching price. Some more left and right got development going on. This will definitely give a positive affect on capital appreciation. JH got what next it? Lots of factories and setia impian. Setia impian is getting the "good" affect from JH and not the other way around. Some more what do u have near JH in the future? Nothing much. On the other hand a lot of amenities will be near N92. many people already considered N92+kajang 2 + tropicana a high end residentials area in kajang too. On top of that JH got stigma already. Gas emitted every night and flood. Yeah maybe gamuda may fix the flood but gas from factories no way bro. The factories have been there even before JH came in. It will take a lot of hassle to chase them away as this is malaysia.

If not mistaken the last phase will be completed by end of 2014. No need to even wait 4 to 5 years bro. Got transacted price already ma for the 1st launch. One fella sold at 38% profit based on launching price vs transacted price. Sold with current status now. Haha. Just imagine what happens when all already developed. Easy to climb on fence? U try and see. It is those standard anticlimb la bro that is even used in JH and Setia Eco Park. Cctv? Well that is the one of the concern. But what do u say about cctv overkill like Setia Eco Park. Still got 2 break ins. What do u say about that? Cctv doesnt mean anything if ur security force consists of lazy bums. Try checking n92 during day or night time. Got security forces waiting on corners. I saw them when i checked out my 2.5 storeys.. He saw me and contacted and a guy came and asked me to go out.
