The side of kajang 2 almost 90% completed. Only short part no tar. Just need to connect on persiaran bangi.SA told me by end of the year or early next year surely done around same time as international school opening

I am staying in vietnam currently but when i go back i usually go out driving from 6am to 9am in the morning or 2am to 3am just for fun. Driving during heavy rain is also my favourite to look at the places where we have flood. U may think i am crazy. Haha

Jadehill is good facilities wise but location not good. Nadayu facilities wise ok but location a lot better. So take ur pic. I was thinking of buying jade hills previously but ended up buying nadayu instead. I am eyeing for more here.

Semi d in nadayu which is almost 1000 sqft bigger than jade hill is being offered at rm1.3xmil. Only left 2 units though (not really sure current status). Kinda weird why jade hill price is still not yet go up by % wise like nadayu.

Reason why I am kaypo about this is cos there is a proposal for a dual carriageway linking K2 to Tropicana, which runs immediately behind more or less the entire northern border of N92. So, apparently there is no formal channel for us N92 homeowners to provide our feedback and/or concerns, if any, to this proposed road as it is being built outside our lands and furthermore, it is (or should be) constructed in accordance with established guidelines.

Nevertheless. I believe we can still give our feedback, whether solicited or not... free country mah smile.gif As we monitor progress on the road project, we can also give suggestions to further improve our environment, in addition to the developer's proposed sound barrier, e.g. planting of trees/hedges within N92 boundary if feasible and also in MBKJ's buffer zone, beside the road (which hopefully should be the norm!)

Views/Opinions/Suggestions?

Wah thanks for sharing. I think plant trees enough i guess. I am not that bothered with it. The last time i checked my type A, there was still about 15 feet or so to the wall surrounding nadayu. The road will also have some buffer to the wall

Yup. Once tropicana launch, nadayu and kajang 2 will sound cheap i guess. Then when whole kajang 2 is up and running, the place will appreciate it value some more. Just need to be patient.

First phase launched around rm420k already transacted recently at rm580k after vp. On top of that i think if not mistaken, developer also increased price 2x already on their available units since everytime they launch, all sold out in a day except for semi d, bungalow and superlink phase 2 as the price are all around rm1mil and more. These 3 types are the only ones available and limited units left. Semi d rm1.3xmil and bungalow rm2.xmil

I was told yes. Phase 3 but the area is across the street and lower than the road level. Feng shui wise, u and me also know la. And quite near to the water treatment.
