Maybe so. But early flippers for nadayu = not so smart imho. Better wait for dijaya, kajang 2, new access, mrt completed first.

Boss, maybe those early flippers found crucial opportunity and faster flip it for capital of the new gold bound. Hahaha.

Hahaha. If so, then i cannot say anything. tongue.gif different people have different commitments and different plans but i see quite a substantial potential in nadayu. May not be now but later.

Anything with Gated & Guarded, with lush central park, I also a bit interested.

But seems Nadayu is entering the final phase, no? The 3 storey superlink @ 25x75 qith built up 3600 sq feet looks very grand.

The 22x65 subsale price is quite decent at RM 550-570k, at least nearer to Central Park and not too far from Guardhouse.

Yeah final phase. Subsales for now is quite decent. I am still thinking should get another one? U r intereste also bro?

I am quite noob at Kajang, but I only interested with good homes ( esp G&G, 24 hours security, lush landscape ) with affordable price and definitely needs to do a lot of homework if I have to invest into Kajang.

Too many flippers and agents nowadays. Not a healthy trend and most tamans have very low occupancy rates for the first 5 years. its greed vs need now. Someone will have to pay the ultimate price but it looks like the real purchasers seems to be on the loosing end. Flippers looking at 200k profit and purchasers r looking at 200k + interest lost. thats a lot for a middle class fly in msia.

u go to any developers and all d props left are the one's above 700k anything below that flippers sapu already. hehe

Last time i checked from developer was RM1.5mil. Got very few units left

not within my budget..so expensive..nowadays house in kajang all 1 mil above..any development cost 700k below semi d still exist?

old developments got la. new ones i doubt. but u could try setia eco hills in semenyih. the semi-d should be around that price. dunno when gonna launch though
