Haha. I am still working overseas. I visited the gallery last 2 weeks but nobody there. So didnt buy remotely. Yeah it was a good buy. I went for a unit in which buyer couldnt secure loan

I went for 2.5 storeys.same case with my alam impian. People's loan rejected. So i picked it up. Still got developer's price. I dont need to serve under construction interest as i will get the keys very soon i guess

I was driving around, dunno what to do. i like to check out places to buy when i am free. so happens that i sesat and didnt on my gps. tiba2, i saw signboard to go to nadayu 92. i was like, haii got time to kill. just go la. then tiba2, nobody there. so i called SA as the pak guard gave me the card of SA. suddenly i got to know 1 drop out. brows.gif

Still low at around 30%. Good for own stay. Not too crowded to use pool, courts etc

Maybe so. But early flippers for nadayu = not so smart imho. Better wait for dijaya, kajang 2, new access, mrt completed first.
