yeah, in the advertisement, nadayu mentioned will have some sort of kedai runcit but that got me thinking: wtf. why the hell need kedai runcit ler in this sort of above middle to high end residential. can also go to jalan reko there so many kedai runcit.

i think if residents chip in, rm100k is sap sap sui. but if dont wanna spend that much, can also convert to hall for birthday parties. however the houses near there may not like it coz very noisy.

based on my observation, swimming pool itself is ok. but the toilet water pressure is freaking low.
