After you have created and logged in to your account, make sure that you verify the email you registered the account to.
Click on STEAM-->SETTINGS. Then check that the contact email is correct and verify it, if it hasn't. This will help with your account security as whenever you want to change passwords, it will email you a code to enable the password changing.

Secondly, I am using a debit mastercard. It works and I have no problems with it purchasing items from Steam. I think for the Maybank debit card, you need to enable it first if you want to use it for online purchases. Call Maybank's customer support for that.

do anyone have encounter a slow crawling update of steam platform..it's been nearly 3 hour since i install the steam client and it only about 80%

So you're still installing the Steam client or the client is going through some update process? Try to close all bandwidth hogging applications such as torrents & PPStream. At the same time, ensure that those sharing the same broadband line with you is not running those 2 types of aforemtioned applications. They're the main reason why Steam failed to login & slow updates / downloads.

EDIT: You can try to change your Steam download region as well by following the steps below. Try to change to HK (China) or anywhere nearer.

Change your Download Region

On Windows
1. Start Steam
2. Go to Steam > Settings > Downloads tab
3. Under Download region, select a different but relatively close region.
4. Try launching or installing the game once more

Waloa, Magicka a bit buggy when i got it from the 4 pack. But the multiplayer is damn funny. Anything you do can kill your teamate in the most horrible way. I keep casting heal on myself but always for get that i had a earth spell before it, so i end up crushing myself with a boulder. If you guys want i can make Steam purchases. But do tell me beforehand.

I would end up killing nthe entire group, i always forget how to cast spells. Imagine i cast meteor shower by accident, everyone and everything dies. Or i cast repel on a half dead teamate, then that fella cant even heal.
