I assume there were no problem in installing (and updating) it then. Just follow instruction on Steam when you want to purchase. After purchasing the option to download the game will appear on your Steam client.

i'm also using the same card as yours...i can purchase mine though...

if all else fails,how about u ask someone here to purchase it for u...then they'll pass the game as 'gifts' for u to download...that may work as well
