did you let other people log into your account?
how do you buy your games from steam store?

I suspect its something to do with trading since you got a lot of items recently.

I do involve in a lot of trading in the past two days since I sold some promo items for keys and keys for hats to complete my hats collection. I didn't let anyone log into my account in any way and I bought all my games from Steam store. Oh there goes my money spent for all those games. Thanks alot Valve!

Seems I can't enter the support site to view my case, just in case someone replied to my ticket.

no worry, just send a support ticket along with proof of purchase on your account and wait for them to reply why your account is being disabled.

you will get eventually get back your account.

I can't send the proof of purchase since I (for some reason) don't have any cameraphone or any camera at all.

I hope you're right. If not, maybe I'll learn how to hack Valve and bring their services down once and for all

Still I will need to somehow capture the screenshot of the receipt right? Oh wait, I lost the receipt since it's bought in 2009!
