2D sprites in 3D environment (it's like cardboard targets)

tongue.gif but that's the most 3D-ish game when it came out, comparing with the likes of wolfenstein 3D, corridor 7, doom series, heretic, hexen, rise of the triad, system shock...those are among the ones i remember before quake (the real first 3D game)

gearbox only help port half life. and develop the expansion.

edited: from wiki

Gearbox had developed or helped develop every Half-Life expansion game or port, including Opposing Force, Blue Shift, Counter-Strike: Condition Zero, Half-Life for the Sony PlayStation 2 (including Half-Life Decay), and Half-Life for the Sega Dreamcast (including Half-Life Blue Shift).

Used to have this problem before. For me the fault lies either with win xp/always-on defrag software/dual-booting with linux. I never did manage to figure out which one of these is the real source of the problem, although I'm quite sure its one of them.

Ah, the horror of redownloading DoW2:CR for three times in a row...

Sasaug, maybe you want to try this. This is instructions from Steam Support.

"This may be an indication of corrupt or missing files. It may be necessary to cleanly re-install the game. To do so, please try the following: Exit Steam entirely. Browse to your Steam installation (Usually C:\Program Files\Steam\) Rename the "steamapps" folder to "old_steamapps" Re-launch Steam and re-install the game. Once the installation is complete, test the issue. If the issue is not resolved, you can rename the folder back to avoid having to re-install other games."

Nope. Even those who get the First Access Club code didn't get any notice or announcement. It's like what? A month away? Yeah on 14th June which is my birthday. brows.gif

Why mouse? Bad mouse calibration?

You need to hold on the Right mouse button to aim down the sights. I couldn't recall if you have an option to undo that

Whats wrong with that?

There are other games who also have the same system.
