from the looks of it, no revision for m15x its like they gonna stop m15x production and go on with m17x and m18x... or probably taking out m11x out of the market as well... hopefully not...

focus on M17X and M18X.

then buyer for M11X / M15X if rich they'll sell their product
since discont item already, and buy the latest M17X + M18X.
I guess that's why I cannot work directly with Dell. Mahahaha.

M17x-R3 replacing M15x makes sense IF, their price is similar, and their form factor is same. As in, their dimensions must be the same, if not smaller for M17x-R3.

i believe sales team only provide a guidance and help during the purchase process only. the party that brain all those product are Dell Engineer, IMO.

and if i am one of them:

1 - maintain & upgrade M11x - maybe SB + ATi 6000 Series or Nvidia GTX500 Series, just to make it look cool. people dig that

2 - maintain & upgrade M15x - important because higher than M15x will be troublesome for customer that searching for both portability and performance.

3 - scrap M17x-R3 and concentrate more on M18x. coexist of both M17x and M18x will only decrease the sales for both products, and i don't think it will be good for business since the more you bulk them item from manufactures, the cheaper the price will be. just make M18x as an ultimate gaming laptop ever. throw anything you can possibly put in that beast.

truly the 3d function for m17x r3 is kinda ridiculous... if its on m18x sounds ok... but heck, it there are demand, people would buy it... im imagining, hanging out at starbucks wearing 3d goggle watching 3d movie or playing games... miahahahhahahaha...
but really, m17x r3 with no dual gc, its a marketing strategy... they are planning something... which in the end, people like us will suffer... zzzzzz

Hi. I just realized the lag was due to disable of nvidia card for my m11x... No wonde it lags. Now getting back to action. I'm just cannot know how or when I disable it...

HI Cherkie, there should be no lag on m15x while playing SC2. In fact, I was running Ultra settings without lag on SC2 earlier. It is dont know what happen Nvidia has been disable then I got the lag issue. Anyway, tested Ultra settings again yesterday and it ran smoothly
