Oh please please please let nothing bad happen when I collect funds. I just want an Alessandro, is that too much to ask for?!  cry.gif

duh2k, have you owned/do you own an MS1i, or its Grado equivalent?
*
Generally Alessandro's are tamed versions of Grado headphones

Grado had more bass and treble while Alessandro have less bass and treble.
that's what most people said icon_rolleyes.gif

So basically you get a "fat" sound coming out of them, mid-centered I mean?

Yes I currently own a MS1, I think it's about 5 years old now (my faithful waifu laugh.gif )

Yes you could say that, they are more laidback in comparison to the Grado counterparts but they still are very fun and forward sounding cans smile.gif

Yea it's best to test first before getting an MS-1i

give Grado SR-80i a try as well... who knows maybe you like an extra tint of bass and treble brows.gif

How can I audition, I'm at Sabah. laugh.gif
But I don't mind its drawbacks, like poor isolation and stuff. Having a DDM with its massive bass and rich mids but recessed treble, didn't mind that the slightest bit of that sound sig(in fact my favourite sound sig). Not much of a critical listener either. Just wanting something that I can slip on my head in a split second, hit play on my source and start head-banging or doing air guitar poses. laugh.gif

For bass fix I have the DDM already.
I know I've requested bright IEM before, but it seems that vocal and electric guitars(guitars in general) are more my thing these days. I would like good treble, but I don't mind them being recessed.

Direct from US lol.
Avoided the tax by under declaring somehow.

I hope Jaben can be the official distributor of Schiit in Malaysia lol. I'm pretty sure plenty of the folks would want to try them out.

What...IT HAAAAASSS?!?!! drool.gif

EDIT: OMG just found out at Headjam that it'll be RM368........cheaper than the MS1i.
Decisions decisions. tongue.gif If I choose the SE215, I can buy them tomorrow. laugh.gif

EDIT: Nah...MS1i it is..... tongue.gif Too much hassle of putting it in my ear and also questions about the detachable cable's durability. biggrin.gif

Nope. laugh.gif
I may change my mind again(I've only been indecisive when it comes to audio laugh.gif ). May be getting an SR60i instead if stock is readily available. biggrin.gif
