QUOTE(boxsystem @ Jan 26 2011, 06:14 PM) seeing the replay, I am still wondering how is Adam elbowing Evra isn't a foul. coz its an accident. u see closely, adams is tucking his elbow close to his side of his body, near his chest. Dun think there was any intention to elbow anyone. in fact, most probably he was ensuring he did not elbow evra. U know, those reflective thing we do like we are running straight at a wall, we reflectively turn our body sideway and put our elbow close to our chest in anticipation of impact. Just an accident. The most, only blow foul. definitely not a yellow card. and definitely not like the reaction fergie did, adams did not swing his elbow.

Tevez only 14 so far. hopefully can maybe hit 25 in BPL and maybe 30+ in all, would be enough to be top goalscorer This post has been edited by pyroboy1911: Jan 26 2011, 06:46 PM

QUOTE(sinoffire @ Jan 26 2011, 06:53 PM) yeah was reading that. seems like nowadays players wages increase exponentially. as in, a player whose wage is double the wage of another doesnt make him twice the better player. That is why SAF is really trying his hardest not to follow the curve.

46 for denis law? hm... i was refering to post premier league era. I remember the year rudd won his only title when he was with us, he was pushing for denis law all competition record and onie missed it by a few goals. (think he scored 12 in europe that year). was thinking closer to 50something. oh well, my memory must be going or maybe had too much mileage watching united.

Rudd scored 44 in the 2002-2003 season. that season he scored an incredible 14 in 11 European games. But nah, dont think Berba will hit 40. if he did that means he would have scored a few more hat tricks from now till end of season as for that, i cant find a record for most hat trick in a single season by a player during the EPL era, but whole english league would belong to a Middlesbrough player, 9 hattricks in a season

Shearer has 11 hattricks to his career, right? Saw that on TV last Saturday. 5 of them in PL(in a single season) and he is leading the hattricks charts. Followed by Ruud and Berbatov. The question is, where is Henry? runs before pulis datang ... This post has been edited by boxsystem: Jan 26 2011, 07:08 PM

QUOTE(pyroboy1911 @ Jan 26 2011, 07:16 PM) maybe thats the EPL record i guess. well nowadays modern football cant compete with old football where anything done back then is near impossible now. For example, Dixie Dean scored 60 goals in 39 appearances back in the 1920 Anyway i think female officials will look much better without the sweat » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « funny thing happens when u translate from BM to Eng http://encikazuwan.blogspot.com/2010/10/bi...-steinhaus.html
