You will have the confirmation from them till the day you receive your letter... laugh.gif

OK I did get the info from someone, which saying "Handing-over next week", and I believe the source.

By the way, I think you won't "get all the key within next week", cause they used to follow the flow:

1. You receive letter
2. Appointment with the management on specific date
3. You go and they send some guy follow you to check defect
4. You fill up the form and submit back to them
5. You take all your key and leave 1 entrance key for them for defect touch-up, and you can start bringing your contractor to visit the house
6. Confirm with the management if there're any "house rules" you have to follow during renovation progress, or on the design itself
7. You sign with your renovator and get clarification from the management whether there's any responsibility on defects may be transfered to your renovator
8. Non-refundable debris fee RM200 (previously in PV12 they agreed RM50 for the "basic-for-rent" units, depends on management decision)
9. Refundable deposit RM1000
10. Sign "Contractor Information" and "Authorization / Work Permit" forms

Done!

...Done yet? No.

1. Electricity not in
2. Water supply not in
3. Lift still in adjustment...

I couldn't say too much detail in defect checking but I advise you to:

1. Turn off all the taps. There's no water now, but when the water comes...
2. Tell your renovator to concern about these too as if they done the work, they left, the water connected, nobody in, disaster, you blame me I blame you, no more happy Raya.

Yea most probably they keys will be released next week or middle of the month.

You guys intend to move in once the keys release?

Yea they are agents. Seems like many agents eyeing on this PV13.

Anyone heard that keys are to be released this coming week? Saw two management guy entering the office on Friday. Electricity also seems ready.

by the time we get keys, it will be another month or month and a half before moving in.

If it means anything, LakeCity Condominium Phase 3 PV13 is now listed under the "Completed Projects" list of PV's website and no longer under "Property Development" list. laugh.gif

Wow...pv had been upg itself to build high rise building so called face platinum suite..it good coz upg the pv brand name too!!!hehe.haiz hopefully can heard from them this week for our key ah!!!

If not mistaken, should be RM1000 to RM1200 per square feet.
