ops..KLCC having furniture fair? then i think should go for visit then...hahaha... normally wat we can buy from there?
sofa? tv cabinet? coffee table? wat else?
as, kitchen, almari, and some other things already will b included inside the renovation/?

as what we can see from 5 years onward, is a full facilities living area. its a high high value condo....

Nope.mostly different company.everyday sms n call...but i did ask them the last transaction for 1313 is rm410k...facing school.if klcc >rm420k.

even the highest floor also same price?

temporary the selling price will capped at abt RM410-430k at this moment...but some agents try to push at RM440-450k provided got 2 car park + corner lot...

will need to wait for Open of Parkson, retails shop + 4 storey shoplot and wat Starparc to boost up the price...

If Giant and Tesco coming soon... then the price will boost again...

so 500k not a fantasy anymore..hahahaha

The only issues is LeaseHold... but whole Danau Kota land is under LeaseHold title...

ya damn a lot agents call n sms. if I free just tell them my target price is.at least 450k. When not free just say its own stay.

Just go for visit...its worth ur time..i think for the past 3 yrs, most of the fair like this, i visited, mid valley, klcc, pwtc...just surveying, and great bargain bcoz most of the exhibitors target volume sale..variety choices available, not sure what category they have, but in my prev experience, big fair like this would have everything, to name a few, tv cabinet, kithen cabinet, electrical appl, curtsin, wall paper, fan, lighting, garden, flooring, even if u opt for outside renovation contractor also available..in short, everything related to home ideas may be available here..

Their style is you pay deposit to lock the exhibition price and it would be valid longest 1yr depend on their t&c...

I booked the price for my dining, sofa, bed, from last month homedeco at PWTC.. no regret b'coz all cheap compare to the price before i went and even now i'm checking, still undefeatable...and best thing, it valid 1 year...so from now on, i just need to call the factory 3 weeks in advance to enable prepare the design n deliver...

yup, just went there today after work. lot of variety n choices. at least we can broad our view on furnitures...

Haiz...all my furniture incl. Tv console,wardrobe,kitchen cabinet,door n window grill is ready...only waiting to install...lighting n aircond also confirm liao.now just sometime free go survey the led n sound system...curtain wallpaper waiting taking key only to be confirm...lost my appette waiting for so long...but eventually i smell the key coming near...hehe.

i will be heading to KLCC MF3 fair this saturday
