I received my vp letter jor. However, bank and purchaser needs to settle some outstandings.

yes - received mine too today. why we have to pay for the late interest or something?

Checked with OSK - the late payment basically caused by the late transaction of bank to release the facility on the payment for sub 2a. after due date but this is case to case basis.

I also kena late payment, 4,795!!

In my past experience, it depends. Worst come to worst, you have to bear the late interest penalty.

Wanna to pay oso must go KL office, so jam during weekdays ..
Then need to make appointment to joint inspection and collect keys .... Can OSK do a welcome party and invite everyone? :-) |
