Overall is good, I went inside and viewed few condo units, my agent already helped me to do all checking before VP, vr good after sales service, who wan to buy OSK prop I can intro my fren to u...

thanks a lot..their service is quite good as they took a lot of time to answer my queries over the phone and even transferred me to a person with all the technical details to clear things up. this is for Emira though.

I understand that ur maintenance is like 0.30 with sinking fund right? resi title.

can u post more pictures of the surroundings and the interior of the condo when it looks more complete la.

last time I accompany my OSK prop exec fren went up to view some unsold unit ma...haha....dusty and hot le....so I didn't take any pic....lake view unit is nice

Visited the site today and took a few pictures. Nice landscape overall but the condo facade doesnt seem to be that impressive-poor workmanship. The elevated catwalk seems to be missing as well from the initial plan, definitely not seen anywhere near the "lake". from my observation only one of each: tennis court, badminton court, squash court.
